Usage

Entrar is one of the most common Spanish verbs. It takes the preposition *en* or *a* depending on context (entrar en/a la casa). In many Latin American regions, *a* is preferred, while Peninsular Spanish often uses *en*. Common mistake: confusing with *entrada* (noun, "entrance") or *entrante* (adjective, "incoming").
