Usage
Aller is a highly irregular verb conjugated: je vais, tu vas, il/elle va, nous allons, vous allez, ils/elles vont. It is the most common way to express future intent (aller + infinitive) and is essential in "Comment allez-vous?" / "Ça va?" greetings. Note the distinction between "aller" (to go somewhere) and "s'en aller" (to leave/go away).
