Usage

Borrowed from English "to log (in)", this is very common in Brazilian Portuguese IT and everyday digital contexts. The reflexive form "logar-se" is less common than the simple "logar". Also used in mathematics/statistics meaning "to take the logarithm of," though this usage is more technical and less frequent in everyday speech.
